Returning Items: Customer Service will confirm and provide a return address. Please ship the product to the specified address and make sure to keep proof of mailing.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its status, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be made to the account you originally paid.

  1. Shipping Costs
    When a refund is made, the shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded. We will bear the shipping costs for returns due to quality issues or wrong shipments.
